Completed Built-to-Suit Project
Built-to-suit development for Napa / Ideal Supply in Haliburton, Ontario.
This purpose-driven industrial and retail build was delivered in collaboration with top local trades and consultants, reflecting Hops’ commitment to quality construction and long-term community value.
Retail Redevelopment Concept
Design concept for the modernization of the Hops Shopping Centre.
The revitalization includes updated cladding, steel awnings, and new fenestration to reintroduce a modern architectural rhythm to a property originally built in the late 1970s.
In Progress. Completion Winter 2026
Upcoming 12,000 sq ft industrial and retail development in Haliburton.
Phase Two expands our Industrial Park Road site with 16-foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, and private loading bays. Construction begins Fall 2025, with completion slated for Winter 2026.
